Terms of Service

Pulse AI is a product of Signivia AI Inc. References to "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Signivia AI Inc.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulse AI at getpulseai.cloud ("Service"). By accessing or using Pulse AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of Service

You may use Pulse AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscription and Payment

Pulse AI offers paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro) billed monthly in Canadian dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Informational Purpose Only

All content delivered by Pulse AI — including reports, alerts, signals, and summaries — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, investment, or professional advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

4. Intellectual Property

The Pulse AI platform, including its software, design, and methodology, is owned and operated by Signivia AI Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content in your reports is generated from publicly available sources. You may use report content for personal and internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish report content without written permission.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to Pulse AI but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PULSE AI AND ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse AI, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@getpulseai.cloud.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
